Fountaine Pajot teams are highly skilled professionals, with in-house permanent training.
Specialized divisions coordinate with quality-oriented aims and each work in their specific area of knowledge. The composite team work on the materials to ensure best durability at sea. Assembly also requires specific skills and knowledge for boat structure behaviour in the long run. Some will take care of the cabinetwork, others will fit equipments, followed by electrical, plumbing and motorisation teams. Last but not least, the Launching team will check evry single boat before boats later either get splashed in Les Minimes port in nearby La Rochelle or get transported by road or ship.
